No, kada se malo zadr\u017eite u ovom gradu s razglednice na sjeveroistoku Bosne i Hercegovine, sigurno \u0107ete ponovo navra\u0107ati<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__content\">\n<p>Za povratak u Tuzlu, tre\u0107i grad po veli\u010dini u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje u miru i toleranciji \u017eive pripadnici tri konstitutivna naroda (Bo\u0161njaci (73%), Hrvati (14%) i Srbi (3%) te 10% ostalih), definitivno je vi\u0161e razloga, ali mi \u0107emo se ipak zadr\u017eati na onim gastronomskim. Pa krenimo\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/5f\/86\/2a390ac3bbcd51aa806b.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Mustafa Top\u010dagi\u0107\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Mustafa Top\u010dagi\u0107<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vrijeme je ovdje stalo pred nekoliko desetlje\u0107a, starinska arhitektura, pomije\u0161ane zgrade iz Austrougarske, socijalizma, ere nakon rata, u mirnim i ugodnim ulicama, s bezbroj kafi\u0107a, pekarnica, a\u0161\u010dinica, restorana. Iako je Tuzla slovila kao teren gdje \u0107e protivni\u010dki klub mo\u017eda i osvojiti bodove, ali \u0107e njihovi navija\u010di sigurno dobiti batina, osje\u0107ali smo se kao pti\u0107i u gnijezdu tijekom posjeta u organizaciji mlade, ali\u00a0<strong>sjajne ekipe iz Turisti\u010dke zajednice grada Tuzla na \u010delu s agilnim Edinom Jahi\u0107em,<\/strong>\u00a0ina\u010de mojim kolegom geografom. Odazvali smo se na poziv o\u010dekuju\u0107i kvalitetnu janjetinu i \u0107evape, ali ni\u0161ta nije teklo po planu.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/42\/ee\/f808cd2b61978970998b.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>U mojim gostovanjima po BiH, doma\u0107ini nikako da shvate da sam ja \u010dovjek \u2013 janje, pa uvijek navale s brancinima, posteljicama i inim emulzijama, i tako je bilo i prvoga dana u samoj Tuzli. Naime, najve\u0107a prednost ovoga kraja,<strong>\u00a0osim duplo ni\u017eih cijena nego u Zagrebu\u00a0<\/strong>jest upravo u tome da u ovaj dio svijeta jo\u0161 nije stiglo meso koje je godinama stajalo po kontejnerima i koje nam se godinama u marketima prodaje pod svje\u017ee.\u00a0<strong>Ovdje \u0107ete ako naru\u010dite teletinu, stvarno dobiti teletinu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/bd\/6f\/fdf0e544778ece4a403b.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prva postaja je bio nacionalni\u00a0<strong>restoran Zlatnik na \u0160etali\u0161tu Slana banja,<\/strong>klasi\u010dna pri\u010da poput zagreba\u010dkog Okrugljaka \u2013 tu se dolazi slikati i proslaviti moma\u010dke, djevoja\u010dke, svadbe i sklapati poslove. Kada shvatite da je najskuplje jelo na jelovniku, biftek oko stotinu kuna, a ramstek nekih desetak eura, za\u017ealit \u0107ete \u0161to ste pakirali sendvi\u010de. Atmosfera ugodna, nema turbo folka, ljudi su sre\u0111eni, nasmijani, \u017eene prekrasne.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/61\/29\/3755d25232c3aacbe1b9.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jedan detalj \u0107e definitivno odu\u0161eviti sve hrvatske ovisnike o nikotinu, a to je da je\u00a0<strong>u Tuzli svugdje dozvoljeno pu\u0161enje<\/strong>\u00a0(kao da ste u The Leftoversima), pa \u010dak i u slasti\u010darnicama pa je divno vidjeti osmijehe na licima ovisnika koji kona\u010dno u\u017eivaju u nikotinu poslije juhe, izme\u0111u dva batka, ma stalno!<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/ca\/1a\/6ba4bf03406608267329.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Mustafa Top\u010dagi\u0107\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Mustafa Top\u010dagi\u0107<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zlatnik je stao u nekim sedamdesetima, konobari pamte, pivo te\u010de, sve je ukusno poslu\u017eeno i jednostavno ne mo\u017ee\u0161 stati s\u00a0<strong>ku\u0161anjem pet vrsta \u010dorbica.\u00a0<\/strong>Za desert su zato do\u0161li nesvakida\u0161nji \u0107evapi, u vrhnju (pi\u0161e da su u kajmaku, ali ovo je bilo bli\u017ee vrhnju) posipani s dimljenim sirom!? Ve\u0107 sam se dignuo i htio re\u0107i \u201e\u0106evapi su svetinja\u201c, ali sam odlu\u010dio prvo probati ih i ostao sjediti.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/3d\/a3\/b54c4563b23ae353b548.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Divno meso, suho, rahlo, bez loja, soje, sode i svega ostalog na \u0161to smo navikli. Izvrsno, iako mi vrhnje i Dimsi na vrhu nisu sjeli. Kad smo kod \u0107evapa u lepinji,\u00a0<strong>tuzlanski se od sarajevskih razlikuju u debljini lepinje (debela tuzlanska, tanana sarajevska) i poljevu\u00a0<\/strong>za lepinju koji se radi od kuhanih kostiju. Centar Tuzle zbog slijeganja cijelog grada izgra\u0111enog na rudnicima soli (pohlepni tajkuni, poznata pri\u010da?), sav je nekako iskrivljen i kao da je ispao iz Alise u zemlji \u010duda, i sad tu o\u010dekujete nekakve sevdalinke, starije pjesme, kad tamo \u2013 na desetak mjesta svira \u017eiva muzika, od latino ritmova, preko jazza sve do rocka osamdesetih i devedesetih! Svigdje, stalno! Jednostavno sam stao, naje\u017eio se i gotovo svakih stotinu metara zapjevao s bendom stvari od Haustora, Bolera, Bijelog dugmeta, Smaka\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/5d\/38\/483cd2b81c74bb8db629.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Grad je petkom \u017eiv, veseo, pun ljudi, a za gu\u017evu je ponajvi\u0161e zaslu\u017ean gradona\u010delnik Jasmin Imamovi\u0107, koji je od ratom izmu\u010denog grada izmi\u0161ljanjem tople vode, u ovom slu\u010daju slane vode, prirodne, kojom je napunio novoizgra\u0111ene bazene \u2013 stvorio najja\u010di turisti\u010dki centar u BiH.\u00a0<strong>To su jedina slana jezera u Europi i jedina u svijetu s ure\u0111enim pla\u017eama i prate\u0107im sadr\u017eajima u centru grada,\u00a0<\/strong>pet minuta hoda od strogog centra. Nisu nam dali da odemo na no\u0107no kupanje, ali malo je nedostajalo, a jedan dio ekipe se uputio na narodnjake, odnosno \u2018d\u017eigeru\u2019, malo dalje od centra.<\/p>\n<div id=\"inline_preroll_player_container\"><\/div>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/37\/48\/a0b962b9e375a15153e7.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kupanje je sutradan trebalo do\u0107i na red nakon jutarnjih preslatkih zvrk bureka poslu\u017eenih sa sirom i vrhnjem, doma\u0107ih kiflica u pekari iz 19. stolje\u0107a, posjeta\u00a0<strong>muzeju Tuzlaka Me\u0161e Selimovi\u0107a,\u00a0<\/strong>\u0161etnje uz pravoslavne i katoli\u010dke crkve i d\u017eamije te slikanjem na sredi\u0161njem, najve\u0107em trgu u BiH s fontanom (kako dosadno, ipak smo iz Zagreba) i prekrasnom zgradom nasuprot novog otkri\u0107a, restorana\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mamamiaorigins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MamaMia Origins<\/a>. Mo\u017eda je tajna u tuzlanskoj soli? Ma\u0161tovito i kreativno dizajnirano i poslu\u017eeno, ugodno, gotovo kraljevski \u2013 odmah nam je pao na pamet da bi tu u\u017eivao i\u00a0<strong>bosanski kralj Tvrtko I. Od soli se ovdje \u017eivi ve\u0107 7000 godina, kada se po\u010dela crpiti u doba neolita, \u010demu svjedo\u010de ostaci sojenica i posuda za \u2018varenje\u2019 soli iz slane vode, kojih ima u muzeju, ali i u obliku fontana. Naravno, ima je i u \u010detiri slana jezera i slapovima, a nevjerojatan peh u obliku ljetnog pljuska nam je skoro pokvario kupanje.<\/p>\n<p>Sre\u0107om, na\u0161lo se troje blesavih novinara, pa smo se okupali u Panonici i bili \u2013 izba\u010deni. Bend je zasvirao Dinu Dvornika, Dugmi\u0107e i dignuo atmosferu do stadija da se svi kucaju i pjevaju i da wi-fi stvarno nije nedostajao. Uz klasi\u010dne dagarice i begove \u010dorbe, presko\u010dili smo pizze i satrali se platom s tele\u0107im \u0161niclima, ra\u017enji\u0107ima, \u0107evapima i pljeskavicom \u2013 najboljim dijelom ve\u010dere uz vrhunsku hrskavu lepinju.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ck_image_in_article ck_image_in_article--full\"><span class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rwd\" src=\"https:\/\/gastro.24sata.hr\/media\/img\/94\/ed\/e169dde8527ac4278bc2.jpeg\" alt=\" | Author: Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish\" \/><\/span><span class=\"article__figure_caption\"><i class=\"icon--linear icon-photo\"><\/i><span class=\"article__figure_caption--description\">Domagoj Jakopovi\u0107 Ribafish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Najpopularnije pivo Tuzle je Tuzlanski pilsner, nje\u017ean, neutralan, kvalitetno stolno pivo, koje je bolje nego prije tri godine, ali ima jo\u0161 prostora za napredak, iako vi\u0161e nema negativnih kiselina.\u00a0<strong>Crno Tuzlansko Premium<\/strong>\u00a0u boci je bolji izbor, s malo previ\u0161e karamele, ali se pobjednikom ve\u010deri pokazalo Tuzlansko nefiltrirano svijetlo pivo. Kvalitetan lager, odle\u017eao, s ugodnim sladnim aftertasteom. Nefiltrirano tamno je imalo problem s previ\u0161e kvasca, ali vjerojatno je rije\u010d samo o jednoj \u0161ar\u017ei. Samo jedna rije\u010d \u2013 baklava. Hrana je te\u0161ka, jaka, konkretna i zasitit \u0107e vas ve\u0107 nakon prve \u010dorbe, ali u kombinaciji sa \u0161etnjom, razgledavanjem, kupanjem na prekrasnim jezerima i ugodnim razgovorima s divnim ljudima i njihovom doma\u0107om viljamovkom u\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/heartland.ba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heartland City Hotelu<\/a>, zaposlenicima turisti\u010dke zajednice (Zlajo i Irma \u2013 obo\u017eavamo vas), samim gradona\u010delnikom i kolegama novinarima \u2013 jasno je da se ovamo vra\u0107amo.<\/p>\n<p>Uskoro je berba \u0161ljiva pra\u0107ena okretanjem janjetine, nisam posjetio ulicu legendarnog\u00a0<strong>Mirze Deliba\u0161i\u0107a,<\/strong>\u00a0a i nismo stigli isprobati najbolji poljev u gradu \u2013 u Limenki.
