Tuzla is the city with the greatest surface of parks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Central City Park is located in the pedestrian area in the historical downtown of Tuzla. It consists of walking paths covered by granite and benches for relaxation and rest. Visitors of the Park have a free wireless internet connection. The City Park contains monuments inspired by Bosnian Medieval period and the central point of the Park is the statue of the first Bosnian king Tvrtko I Kotromanić. There is also a stone obelisk with the text from the Charter of Kulin Ban. The Park is connected with the Pannonian Lakes Complex by a pedestrian bridge, which is a connection between two largest pedestrian zones in the center – the “Salty Spa Complex” and the historical downtown.
